Friday at Florence. Like Riding a Bike.

Practice day before Saturday's race. Faulk drove first. I followed.

Friday night. The 25 is in a Lee Faulk Racing trailer at Florence Motor Speedway. The green flag drops tomorrow at 7. Today was practice.

I have been here before. Three and a half years ago I ran the No. 170 at this same track for the same shop, in Direct Connection paint.

Michael got in the car first. He gave me something to shoot for.

Then I got in. By the end of the day, it was like riding a bike.

A blue Mopar hat sitting on the open hood of the No. 25, with Dylan 'Mamba' Smith's signature in white script on the deck. Mopar Heaven on the hood. Mamba's signature, too.

Mopar Heaven is on the hood. B/R Racing is on the quarter panels. Thankful both came on for the maiden voyage. It's going to be fun.

Saturday. Fifty laps. Mother's Day card. Green flag at 7.
